Who we are and what we do
InstaJewel is a jewelry marketplace that helps you look at jewelry more carefully before you buy it. You can find pieces, check what a listing actually says and how its price compares with our estimate, and design a ring to order through us. This page explains what we do, how we earn money and how to read our estimates.

Who we are
InstaJewel is a jewelry marketplace, not a jeweler. The diamonds and gemstones offered through it come from third-party suppliers, and rings ordered through it are made by qualifying third-party suppliers. Supplier names are kept private. Any qualifying supplier can apply to sell through InstaJewel by writing to support@instajewel.ai. Our pages are published under the InstaJewel name, and this site does not name an individual author or reviewer.
InstaJewel earns when you order through it, so the next section explains how that relates to the tools above.
How we earn money
InstaJewel earns when you order a ring or stone through it, not from paid referrals or placement.
Payment does not affect how results are ranked. No seller can pay to appear higher.
InstaJewel is a marketplace, not a jeweler. Stones offered through it come from third-party suppliers, and rings ordered through it are made by qualifying third-party suppliers, whose names we keep private. A stone or Ring Builder design ordered through InstaJewel is our commercial offer, so judge it by the same facts you would check with any other seller.
Whoever the seller is, confirm the specifications, included work and final terms before you order. Questions about a commercial relationship can go to support@instajewel.ai.
How we check prices
Check a Piece reads the specifications a listing gives and applies configured rates for stones, metal and labor to produce a modeled estimate. You can hold any seller's listing up against that estimate. This estimate uses the same pricing model as orders placed through InstaJewel, and InstaJewel earns when you order through it.

What an estimate is not
An InstaJewel estimate is modeled production guidance. It is not an appraisal for insurance or any other purpose, a quote or a binding offer.
A photograph or a design preview does not verify that a stone is natural or laboratory-grown, that a metal is what a seller says it is, or how a piece will fit. Confirm those details with the seller before you pay.

For a correction or a question about an estimate, its assumptions or a commercial relationship, contact support@instajewel.ai. Describe the issue without sending passwords, payment details or private report tokens.
